Database exporting

I want to export some of my database fields like e-mail address of clients
to eudora or outlook or any other default e-mail application as a group.

This could later be used independently from the e-mail application
to send mails to those people (e-mail ids) who are in the group.

Could someone please guide me in this. (Urgent)
