Have interesting things to share on your site, and present them well, e.g. respect the rules of grammar (write a capitalized letter at the beginning of your sentences, "How" instead of "how" in the title of this thread, "Guys", instead of "guys", and remove any spaces between an exclamation mark and the word that comes before it, have a space after a comma, not before, etc.).

Sure, I will be straight!

You search look up a guy named himself DavidC in google (Company's Financial department)
and try to contact him for this similar question.
He will introduce you google's webhost, and they will "program" for your site to be up on the search engines
Mind you that he asks for a lot of money to be paid.
I also know of a person named H.Kien who is a ERP consultant at the moment (I don't know later or tomorrow). I think he will help you with some lovely fee in return.

Back on topic, don't know where Ha555's comments come from

BTW, Web site design is also a form of programming, officially known as scripting, and there is both a client side and Server side scripting forum on CG.... So it does belong on CG :p

More traffic, hmm - advertise! :)

Have your web address printed on all your stationary, your documents, anything going out of the office.

Search Engine Optimization will assist in getting your site known on Search Engines, so that shouldn't be your only reliance. For proper SEO, make use of META tags for keywords, descriptions etc. Make sure your keywords you've used are used many times on each of your pages. Make sure you have these META tags on each of your pages, not only your entry page, as a search through bing, Google etc. will direct them to the specific page.

Make sure people know about your site, word of mouth is a powerful advertising medium. If you have a funky design with funky stuff, people will get to know it :) Also consider your audience, your target market - have a look at your competitors' websites, have a look at what they have done. I don't say you should outright copy their stuff, but you get my drift. A lot of planning needed to have been done.

It will take time. :)

Also, your ISP should help with getting your site(s) registered on search engines, they should have options that include submitting your stuff on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

I hope my info was useful :)

But it's our company's website, it is impossible to add some interesting things. What should I do is to get more businesses.

First , you should analysis your main competitors, such as their pricing and market position so that you can certain your orientation and pricing strategy.
Secondly , you need AD strategy to make your website and your products well-known. If possible , you can advertise on Yahoo or Google.
Thirdly , in order to improve the visibility of your main website in Yahoo, Google and some other search engines. create a “Doorway” page for each of keywords.

It seems that it's a huge program.

What I prefer is how to do this, rather than the methods'name.

That makes no sense. Giving the "method's name" is "how to do this." If you want a professional consultation specifically geared to getting your own company's website better in those three areas I mentioned, then you need to hire one.

We're not going to invest hours of our own personal time to research your specific case to increase your web traffic. We've already told you the methods to do it. We cannot advertise for you, create products, nor optimize your own site.
