How to display and manipulate vectorgrafic in views ?

Hi,

Could anybody explane, how I can show vectorgrafics with
*.dxf - format in a view (CView) ?
Are there any tools or controls in the market where I can
include in a window to manipulate (zoom, ..) vectorgraphics
like dxf or other vectorformats ?
