Urgent !! Graphic OLE Controls

I’m developping visual basic 3D graphic simulation with OPENGL and finite elements (using visual C++ for computation) and
I need the following OLE controls (.OCX).

 Snap (with object snap sitting)
 Pan (or dynamic Pan)

 Select
 Move (object)
 Copy (object)
 Erase (object)

 Zoom Window
 Zoom Previous

 Undo
 Redo

 Clear All
 Redraw All

 Copy to Clipboard
 Paste to Clipboard

 Extend
 Trim
 Scale
 Stretch

Could somebody give me some ideas how to find theme. Any information would be appreciated.
