Static fixed-position on webpage for Iphone

I'm trying to have a fixed position banner image at the bottom portion of my full-sized webpage on the IPhone; however whenever I zoom or move around, the banner moves as well. I'm looking for something like those ads that appear in the free aps on the IPhone, but I want that to work somehow when a mobile visitor goes to my website. Any ideas?
