ListView's ScrollBar problem

I just added a ListView control into my program. I set the FlatScrollBar property to True, hoping to see the scrollbar when I running the program.
However, I didn't see the scroll bar at all. I have to use the arrow key instead.
Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot!

If you flatscrollbar property set to false then you will see the
scrollbar for the listview control. you can do by choosing the custom property of listview control and deselect the flatscrollbar property
