Chris M's CSystemTray Problem

I have set-up the system tray in programs before, and have had no problems. Now, under NT4 server, I set it up (i think) identically as i did before, and it does not work properly. When i right click or double click on the icon, NT takes the app down saying the memory can not be "read". I have looked through my (and chris's) source, and cannot identify the problem. When I debug it, it brings me to "SetForegroundWindow()"

Any help is appreciated...
