Well, it's there format, so I guess you'd have to figure out how to UNZIP their file, before you could ZIP your own. Fortunately there are libraries that you can find. People have done the work for you, in this case.

You can use sharpziplib: http://www.sharpdevelop.net/OpenSource/SharpZipLib/Default.aspx for the compression/decompression.
