New to this forum, so thanks in advance for your time and assistance.
I have a report I use as a work order containing job instructions in a production environment. The supervisors will print the report for each job and hand it off to the employee's who will then use it to record there time on the jobs and quantities completed. This is then turned in to data entry. This report contains varius information pertaining to each individual job, details which the supervisor and employee both need to complete the job.
My question is this, is there a way to supress or hide specific data on the report when the page is sent to the printer? I want the data to appear in the preview for the supervisor to see befor it is printed and handed of to the employee.
Thanks again,
IWELD
