CListBox with a left scrollbar

Hi,
How can I have a simple CListBox but with a left vertical scrollbar ?

On the Extended Styles page of the property sheet for the ListBox in the Resource Editor, there is a CheckBox for a left scroll bar.

Yes, I 've seen it but it only works with Windows Arabics, ...
Using occidental Windows, it has no effect :-(
