16 bits memory problem

hi,

I have a big problem with my program.
It works on 16 bits and it makes a fatal error in win 3.1.
This error is hazardous and it's probably a memory problem.
I have already look all "new" and "delete" and all compilation options.
has everyone a solution or a suggestion?
