What is the best way to draw graphs dynamically on asp.net web page?

I want to build an asp.net web page that can take client user info input, make a calculation, and present the results in graphical form on a web page.

I wish to work in C#. What is the best, most efficient, and cheapest way to accomplish this? I really don't care to spend alot of money on a Third Party software tool, as this is merely a pilot project.
