ADSI Problem

Hi,

I am using ADSI to access the Membership Directory. I am able to use interfaces like IADs,IADsContainer but I get a message "Type Mismatch" whenever I try to use a IADsUser,IADsGroup object, I am setting it properly.

Can anyone help?????
