Hi people,
I was wondering which .NET libraries could I use if I need an apliccation to run while windows is using other programs.

For example:
When you are seeing an image on the windows image viewer and you press the Print screen key. Autoamtically the Sangit editor(if you have Sangit install and running) opens for you to edit the clipboard.

All of them! Windows is a multi-tasking operating system.

You don't make it clear what your particular problem is.

I think you are thinking of a HotKey. This can be done within the Windows OS, although I am not sure how to do it programmatically.
