3D Graph

I have a 2-dimensional array of doubles (i.e. double[][]) which I need to plot into a 3D graph. I also need to be able to rotate the graph in any direction to display the data from all sides.

Anything out there that I can use? Any algorithms that deal with hidden lines to draw the plane properly? Any ideas?
