Bubble Help

How to implement Bubble help for my application in VC++.

Without knowing this basic thing why you have started programming in VC++
First try to learn VC++ fully.
Then come and post questions in codeguru....

Why should we post a question when we know about it? Is it a very basic thing that a beginner in VC++ programming should know about it? You please reply to the questions when you have intention to answer it. It is such a precious site wherein you please don't discourage the learners and stop playing pranks.
