Ajax CollapsiblePanel help needed

Hi friends,

I have a collapsiblePanel and a panel placed inside a table cell. The first collapsible panel on the left has to overlap the panel on the right side, on expanding horizontally.

Plz provide me the sample code for the same, i would be very much thankful to you.
