Help! PDW

Using PDW to make a distribution disk is done smoothly but setting up the new program leads to following message:

The file '(C:\Temp\msftqws.pdw\%(DLLSelfregisterEx)' could not be registered because it was not found
*****

Someone there please tell me what could be wrong with PWD processing or my computer system.
