Applying for Microsoft

Hi,
I am a Master Student of IT.I am very curious to know how I can work in Microsoft


I have one year work experience in .NET technologies
2 IEEE Journals
15 IEEE accepted conference papers (mostly on datamining,artificial intelligence,voice encryption and compression,web mining,data classifiers,network Anomaly detection,database anomaly detections)
Master of IT from Australia (final semester)
Bachelor of of Software Engineering

I wanted to know how to apply for Microsoft..Is there anyone has any experience ?
what they need ? If they need robust work experience or rather they need educational works and publications? :cool:
