urgent: add user control is greyed out

Hello, I want crate a user control, but the "Add user Control" is greyed out (disabled). How can I enable it? I have even tried re-installing VB 6.0 (learning edition) but to no avail.

I may be wrong here (I only use the Enterprise version of VB), but I thought that the Learning edition didn't allow you to create user controls in VB ?

In VB5/6 ActiveX Components Creation is not available in Learning Edition. Its available only in Professional and Enterprise Edition.
