VC6: Toolbar having text+icon and icon alone?

Does anyone know how to create a toolbar having some buttons with text and some without text (like outlook) in VC6?

It is pretty easy to have all the toolbar buttons with text (TBSTYLE_LIST style) but selecting individual buttons doesn't seems to work.
