combining 2 dialogs

I need to have 2 dialogs combine to make one. Actually what I really need is a form view in my dialog app, so I just figured just to make 2 seperate dialogs (one being a regular dialog, the other a form view dialog) and attach them some how. Any help and/or source code would be great.
