Hello, I'm In Desperate Need In Installing This Successfully So I Can Begin Testing With MySQL, But Everytime I Install It I Get An Error About The PHP Element Not Installing Correctly - PLEASE HELP!

Can I Download All Of The Elements Elsewhere? If So, Where?

If you're on Windows, use XAMPP. If Mac OS X, use MAMP.
