Assembly to Hack translator

Hey guys - I need a java written program that can translate assembly instructions such as (@5, D=A, D=D-A, etc) into 16 digit binary hack strings. Any leads would be appreciated.

Maybe also there is a template that will input a text file and have replace methods or something - even in visual basic possibly.
