I watched a TV show long ago about a newest invention by a group of researchers from a top ten college. Team leader had an interview. Weew, she was so excited that she talked fast and repeatedly over her group's achievement. Then the MC interrupted her, of course, because TV is not offering free ads, no matter what the subject matter is about.
If you have ever been excited like that for an achievement you made in science, do you ever have a feeling that what you just did is just so trivial. (Something like, well is this my stuff? why does it look sooo easy, do people in the conference laugh at me if I hand in something as a toilet paper like this ? )
