Does anyone use SNMP tool on Windows

Hi, all.

Unix developer asked me that he needs some Windows application
which shows the graph data from SNMP data.

So, first of all, I have to find Windows SNMP tool. So far,
I have checked some search engine like Yahoo and Alta-vista.
But I didn't find a good stuff. I downloaded HP SNMP code, but
I don't have time to modify this code.

-Does anyone recommend a good web site and application of SNMP on Widnows NT?

-If anyone use SNMP application to analyize the network QoS, I'm
wondering how these applications store the data like txt file or data
base?
That is, I want to use MSChart ActiveX control for Unix developer
to be satisfied with his request.
