Hey everyone,

I was reading over some older PMs here. What exactly happens when a Super Moderator on this forum says I can post in public discussion along the lines with AUP, WebMedia? Does this mean I have some sort of restriction on my account that will never be lifter? Or does it mean it was left in PM? The Moderator hasn't been on here since 2010.

I want to post in the C programming section, so I can learn C.
