fixe CDC axes

how to fixe axes direction and origin in a CDC ?
i.e., put it in top left or in bottom right etc.

There are a group of CDC functions to do this: (see docs on these)

SetViewPointOrg
SetWindowExt
SetViewpointExt
OffsetWindowOrg etc...
