Is WinHelp still on?

For creating help files, the 1998 Microsoft Visual C++ Handbook still recommends (Ch.20) using Winhelp.
My worry is that WinHelp might not be developed any further in a couple of years (e.g. when 64bit applications arrive).

What do you think? Is there any future in WinHelp?
I'd highly appreciate your judgment.

Since DOS was supposed to disapear years ago, and it still is not, you should start worring about WinHelp 5 years after DOS is gone :)
