When I package my program for deployment across our network, it rips out all the OCX's and DLL's it needs and bundles them together perfectly. But when I (or one of the users) tried to run setup, it falls over because it claims it can't find one of the OCX controls.
I haven't succesfully packaged a solution yet.
Can anybody help?

Consider using Visual Installer instead of the package and deployment wizard. You can download it from the MS site.
It's integrated with MS Installer and gives you much more control and error handling during the installation process and also AutoRepair (as in OFfice 2000)

Do you have the url to the Visual Installer?

the correct name of the product is "Visual Studio installer".
find it on http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/vsi/default.asp?FinishURL=%2Fdownloads%2Frelease%2Easp%3FReleaseID%3D11995%26redirect%3Dno
or go to www.microsoft.com, select the download section and search for "Visual studio installer" by keyword
