PictureBox Vs Image Controls

Hi,
Image control is prefered over PictureBox control,because Image control takes less system resources than PictureBox.
Now I want to know which are the extra feature in PictureBox which cannot be done in Image control.
I think by now the question is clear,if not then I will put my question in this way
What are the advantages of PictureBox control over image control?
