Wave Display with Phoneme Alignment

I need to display a wave file and its associated words and phonemes. I know how to get the begin and end timecodes for both words and phonemes, but I don't know how to display this. The interface needs to show the wavefile in the top part of the screen with the word and phoneme below. A straight line can mark the beginning and end of the phoneme.

The interface also needs to allow the user to slide the phoneme marker to allow manual fine tuning of the beginning of the phoneme.

Zooming will be necessary with horizontal scrolling.
