AndyK January 13th, 2000, 07:20 PM Thank you Lothar Haensler January 14th, 2000, 01:48 AM honestly, what kind of answers to you expect from the members of a VB forum? Dr_Michael January 14th, 2000, 02:46 AM VB is easier to use but Delphi is faster (because it supports pointers and VB doesn't). I think it's a choice of copmany's product: Microsoft or Borland. I chose to learn VB because I had experience with GW-Basic in past. If you had experience with Pascal it would be easier for you to learn Delphi. But right now, in Greece, they ask for VB more than for Delphi. That's all the info I have, my friend. The choice is yours. I never thought I would touch "C" again after starting in VB3. Now, when ever I write to the registry or mess with javascript, there is a hint of "C" there. Anyway, VB is hot right now and I don't see if cooling off unless it's developement community loses interest. So, I might focus toward it for now. Joe AndyK January 14th, 2000, 01:51 PM Yeah well I haven't seen any DELPHI forums yet.....But anyway I'll think about it... codeguru.com
