I have recorded sound data using waveIn (Win32 SDK) functions in the PCM 16 bit mono with 11025 Hz of frequency format. Now i want to interpret this data. That is what actually do the values in the bytes mean. Actually i will be making a display routine from it. if no body speaks during the recording what should be the values in the bytes.
