2 Problems Numlock & Word

I would like to be able to enable or disable the NUMLOCK in ACCESS97 DB.

And how can i merge a word-doc with ACCESS97 for the following thing:

I would like the doc to open on the current record of a form (open the doc from within ACCESS97).

Any clues?
