how to export crystal report into .rtf format

When I tried to save as a .rtf file, it is displaying strange characters. how can i export to a .rtf or .doc formats?

Hi!

After creating a Crystal report go to FILE and choose PRINT. In the pull down menu choose EXPORT. You will get export
prompt window you can see two lables with text boxes. The first one is FORMAt and you can choose either .RTF or .DOC
format as you desired.The second text box is destination(File destination) . You can give name and destination of the file. Then
select press O.K. Your file will be created at that destination.
