ActiveX/OCX

Hi :

I'm new to the Activex/ocx world, I have a third party library that is available only as an OCX. I need to use it from my Win32 program(non MFC, no UI).
Is it possible?
How?
How difficult is it to learn all about Activex/ocx,

and of course, I have two days to do it all in.
