initialize bitmap object

i wish to rotate an image(electric component). let's say that i have already set focus to an image on the client area. SetFocus() return a CWnd object. how can i initialize the object to be CBitmap/HBITMAP/BITMAP object since the object to be rotated is only BITMAP object.
