DDE versus Excel

I need any list and description command or practical example for Excel communicating over DDE.

For an example commands when I know:

[NEW(1)] - create new sheet
[CLOSE()] - close sheet
[OPEN("C:\Hi.xls")] - open excel`s file hi.xls
