Disappearing items in first position in DBList and DBCombo.

When I select an item in DBList or DBCombo, then close the application, and then come back to the box the item that was first selected doesn't appear anymore in one. The DBBox(moreover, the item is not anymore in the database!)

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
