How can I call a COM Interface?

I'm very confused about COM interfaces.

I need to call this Netmeeting 3 interface's method
INmObject::CallDialog

and I have no idea about how can I do it.

I've tried to add a reference to my VB project. I've found a "Netmeeting Type Library" reference, but there's no interfaces in that dll.

Can somebody help me? How can I call a method that is inside a COM Interface from VB?
