System Error

When I Try to put the object"Microsoft Excel Chart" in my form I recived this error.

"System Errro (&H80070001)(-2343423425)Incorrect function

Do you know where is the problem?

If you're not doing anything more than just placing this control on your form and getting this error, then the problem is in the control itself. When you place a control on a form, that control's code is running - even though your project isn't.

That's my guess at the where the problem is, but unfortunately, I don't have a clue on how to fix it. :(
