Handling Large font mode

Our apps UI goes to pieces when large fonts are selected in Display Properties. Photoshop get round this by keep the fonts the same size whatever the settings are.

How can I do this for all the windows/dialog/dialogbar/toolbars in my application?

i have a similiar problem, but i would like my controls to be positioned right
using both large and small fonts.

Unfortunately I don't know of any simple solution. It'd be nice to know how the guys at Photoshop pulled it off. Did they do it the hard way or did they know of some sneaky technique to bypass the system settings?
