TimeZoneInformation

I need to be able to set and retrieve time zone information using the GetTimeZoneInformation and SetTimeZoneInformation API calls. The documentation I have gives the parameters for these calls and the structure of the typed variable but I need more information about setting the TIME_ZONE_INFORMATION structure to appropriate values. If anyone can provide detailed information regarding setting this structure for paticular time zone information it would be appreciated.
