Given a file and path, I'd like to programmitcally open up the files Properties property page. Just like the user had right clicked on the file in Explorer and choosen "Properties". Any ideas? Will ShellExecute() work, and if so, with what action ("Properties"?)?

Nevermind. That's EXACTLY what you need to do. ShellExecute(.."Properties"..)
