Adding Components errors

Whenever I try to add components, I get the following error:


System Error &H80004002 (-2147467262). No such interface supported.


If I hit ok, it brings me to the dialog box to choose a component, but there is nothing to choose. Anyone know why I get this error and how to fix it?


I want to add a Common Dialog, and I can't do it cause I can't add a Common Dialog component.
