How to use Dialog bar

I want to use dialogbar like that using dialog. I want to get all the data I shoud input through dialogbar.Who can tell me how to realize that?

Hi:
The DialogBar is like ToolBar and can conjucted with CDialogBar class.If you want to know, you can try to insert resource in one of your projects.
