Unregistering an Out-Of-Process Server

I can register an Out-Of-Process Server using:
Filename.exe /RegServer

How can I unregister the Out-Of-Process Server ?

I do not know how does your app it do. You can chek it in your source. But I remember that \UnRegserver was common case.
