how do I make an form, and on this form i would have two buttons,
one "yes" and one "no", and if i would press yes it would do something and something different if i would press no...

what do u mean by form ??

if u want to create a dialog based application, then add ur 2 buttons on the dialog thro' appstudio. using classwizard add the handlers for the buttons. and write the respective code in the respective handlers.
