Help: Simulate Keystrokes

I want to make other existing windows applications accept keystrokes automatically from my program not from user's key in. How can I do it? Especially the key like ALT, ALT+F4, CTRL, SHIFT etc. (Actually I already knew how to send the normal keys.)
I really need help, I appreciate it very much!
